1. Enquiry If you have an upcoming event, please send an Enquiry to Essense Artistry on my contact page with all the key details. Select what package you are interested. 2. Discovery Call / Zoom Meeting I will get in contact with you to discuss the event details further. From there I will send through a contract and a deposit of 30% will be required to confirm your booking for the requested event date.

I will arrive at your venue bright and early to set up in my designated location. I will also take some photographs to capture a few different looks and references. I will then start the initial artwork and continue to work on it throughout the duration of the event.

I will place the finishing touches on the artwork and delivery will happen 3-7 weeks after the event and professionally framed.

If your event has passed but you would still like to capture a special moment from your day as a keepsake. You can provide images of the day so that we can include all the elements in your commission piece.

I offer a heartfelt service where I can add hand-drawn or painted images of loved ones who are no longer with us. You can request this service for any commission or live event artwork. This allows you to honor and preserve the memory of your loved ones creating a meaningful keepsake. If you request this service, it will be completed in my studio and delivered up to 6 weeks after the event. Each artwork will be professionally shipped, framed and packaged. However, I will hand deliver based on location.

After you select a package and secure your event dates, all artworks will be rendered on-site with between 5 to 9 hours of live painting, based on the package you select. After the event has ended it will be meticulously completed in the studio to ensure every detail is perfected.
